About the Role 

As a Customer Success Manager at Grade, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our clients - helping them get the most out of our solutions. You’ll work closely with Customer’s HR and Learning and Development (L&D) teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and strategic growth. 

You’ll join a skilled and dedicated Customer Success team of 13 colleagues across the Nordics. We collaborate tightly with the rest of the Customer Success department, Sales, Development and Marketing - and we have fun doing it! 

📍 Based in Stockholm or Lund, with occasional travel, primarily to Lund (e.g., once per quarter). 

What You’ll Do 

  • Be the go-to person for your customers 
  • Deliver training, support, and strategic guidance 
  • Drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities 
  • Lead improvement projects and ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Build strong, lasting relationships 

About You 

  • Strong relationship-builder with a passion for systems 
  • Background in HR and/or L&D 
  • Experience with e-learning, talent management, or similar platforms 
  • Previous Customer Success Manager and/or Saas experience is a plus
