About the role:

As a developer at Refensa you will be part of a tight core-team, and more specifically:

• Work with all parts of the product through our stack which includes, among other things; Rails, Postgres, Redis and Tailwind
• Develop, improve and test new features to Refensa's product that help companies get smoother recruitment processes.
• Learn and develop together with the team through joint dev-meetings/dev-days within the company  

As a developer, you will primarily

• Be a key player in driving the product's technical solutions forward by setting the tone for technical decisions
• Be an important part in planning and driving the development work together with the team and product owner
   

About you 

To thrive in the developer role, we believe that you have worked in a similar role before. You feel secure in your role and have experience that gives you a good basis for making well-balanced technical decisions. Experience of continuously improving a product and analyzing how and what the technical challenges are in the short and long horizon is something that we value highly.
