We are now looking for a Social Ads Specialist (temporary position) to join our Recruitment Marketing team in Trollhättan. In this role, you will create engaging and sales-driven ads for our clients, while becoming part of an open and collaborative workplace where we enjoy working together both inside and outside of the office.

About the role

As part of our Recruitment Marketing team, you will:

  • Write, design, and target job ads in social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Work with ad creation based on existing templates.
  • Contribute to the creative process of developing new templates together with our clients.
  • Manage proofreading, follow-ups, and reporting of campaign statistics.
  • Support employer branding projects, such as helping clients build and design career pages.

We believe collaboration is best in person, so we encourage you to be at the office in Trollhättan around 3 days per week.

 

What we are looking for

  • Basic understanding of Figma and Adobe Photoshop/Indesign.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ad management and campaign execution.
  • Experience in social media advertising.
  • Interest and understanding of business.
  • A curious and engaged personality with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail, while being highly service-oriented.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Swedish.

Our Recruitment Process
