We’re looking for a Head of Recruitment Marketing for a one-year maternity cover — someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, driving commercial outcomes, and developing our offering in close collaboration with key teams across the organisation.


What you’ll do

In this role, you will take strategic and commercial ownership of our Recruitment Marketing function. You will lead a skilled team, ensure strong delivery to customers, and further develop our offering — from pricing and packaging to product improvements and market positioning.

You will also collaborate strategically with Sales, Customer Success, Brand/Comms, and Product/Tech to ensure our Recruitment Marketing offering continues to grow and deliver strong business value. 

In this role, you are welcome to work from any of our offices within the Group.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving the strategic development of our Recruitment Marketing offering.
  • Owning pricing, packaging, and positioning — ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Managing budgets, gross margin, and financial follow-up to secure long-term commercial success.
  • Using data insights to evaluate performance and guide both operational and strategic decisions.
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting the Recruitment Marketing team in their daily work and long-term development.
  • Ensuring high-quality delivery of campaigns, analytics, and career site content to customers.
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Brand/Comms, and Product/Tech to strengthen go-to-market efforts and drive business growth.

You might be a team lead today, or you might be ready to step into a broader commercial leadership role. What matters most is that you are:

  • Organised and able to keep track of budgets, timelines, and priorities
  • A clear and empathetic communicator
  • Someone who enjoys teamwork and helping others succeed
  • Comfortable running customer meetings and discussing their needs
  • Interested in analysing campaign results and understanding what drives good performance
  • Curious about using AI tools to work smarter
