About the job

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Support team in either of the Oulu, Helsinki, Stockholm or Lund offices. In this role, you will work together with the team to support, guide, and assist our customers using our software services (Grade Talent) via phone and email. Grade Talent is a cloud-based talent and HR platform that provides companies and organizations with digital support to attract, develop, evaluate, and retain talented employees, from their first day on the job to continuous skills development and performance management.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you play a key role in our company. Our support services are the face of our organization, and your mission is to help our customers professionally, efficiently, and with a warm approach. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and developers to identify solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that every customer has a positive experience with our products and services.

You will primarily work from the offices, with the possibility to work remotely when needed. We value independent work, trust, and freedom with responsibility, so it’s important that this style suits you well.


About You

In this role, you will interact with customers every day. We are looking for someone who has:

  • A positive, service-minded attitude and enjoys helping others
  • The ability to communicate instructions clearly and in a user-friendly way
  • Readiness to quickly learn new digital tools and systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good organizational abilities
  • You are fluent in Finnish and Swedish. As English is our internal company language, you should also be comfortable communicating in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Reliability and a genuine interest in building long-lasting customer relationships

To succeed in this role, you already have experience in customer service, preferably supporting software or digital services.
