As CCX, you will: 


Lead and drive the efforts to further develop our existing customer base and deliver value to our customers, thereby increasing Net Revenue Retention and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop a customer-centric perspective across the organization by creating a clear strategy and working methods
  • Evolve our managers and their Nordic teams. Today organized in implementation, customer success, support and content.
  • Drive upselling based on the company’s established goals and create customer "stickiness"
  • Support, coach, and lead your team in their daily work
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the organization

 

We are looking for someone how:

  • Has several years of experience in upselling and implementation/customer service/support
  • Experience in a managerial position
  • Experience as a project manager is a plus
  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Has strong social skills and excellent problem-solving ability
  • Has strong business acumen and is thorough and detail-oriented
