What you’ll do

As our sole in-house visual designer, you will:

  • Own, evolve, and enforce the visual identity of all Grade brands, balancing creativity with consistency.

  • Be the brand champion—ensuring every design aligns with our guidelines and upholds a coherent, recognizable look and feel across channels.

  • Design a wide variety of materials, including:

    • Social media assets, digital ads, and web visuals

    • Sales decks, pitch presentations, and internal communications

    • Event materials, trade show booths, and employer branding

    • Campaigns and marketing collateral

    • Web design (WordPress & Elementor)

  • Collaborate closely with marketing managers to turn ideas and strategies into compelling visual assets.

  • Bring a critical eye to the table—don’t just follow briefs; refine, challenge, and elevate them.

  • Act as “brand police” when needed—confidently guiding others toward design consistency and brand integrity.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools to boost efficiency, experiment, and scale creative output.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience and a strong portfolio of branding and marketing design.
  • A hybrid mindset—you value classic design principles but embrace new formats, tools, and platforms.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Canva, WordPress (Elementor), Adobe Creative Suite, and comfort with both digital and print.
  • Fluency in AI-based design tools (image/video generation) and the ability to prompt effectively in line with our brand voice.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with speed and precision—no bottlenecks here.
