About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Grade, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our clients - helping them get the most out of our solutions. You’ll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying their needs, and proactively helping them achieve their goals using our software solutions. Communication with customers is primarily in Finnish, so fluency in Finnish is essential. Swedish skills are a plus. Internal company communication is in English.

This role has a focus on enterprise and complex customer accounts, primarily within large public organizations. You will work with long-term customer relationships, and customers with multiple stakeholders and structured decision-making processes.

You’ll join a skilled and dedicated Customer Success team of 14 colleagues across the Nordics. We collaborate tightly with the rest of the Customer Success department, Sales, Development and Marketing - and we have fun doing it!

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary strategic contact and trusted advisor for your customers
  • Deliver training, support, and strategic guidance
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to ongoing software services
  • Compile service level reports from source systems into unified summaries
  • Lead structured follow-ups such as success plans, business reviews, and long-term account roadmaps
  • Drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities
  • Lead improvement projects and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate internally across Customer Success, Sales and Product to deliver value for complex customer needs
  • Build strong, lasting relationships, and identify upselling opportunities.

About You

  • A good ability to work independently and proactively, with a focus on results and the customer’s success
  • Technical understanding and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and systems
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and working with various software products
  • Experience working with larger or more complex customer accounts, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Strong relationship-builder with a passion for systems
  • Background in recruitment and/or HR
  • Strong experience in using recruitment or other HR systems
  • Previous Customer Success Manager and/or Saas experience is a plus
  • Most of our clients are public organizations, so experience of working with or within the public sector is beneficial
  • Comfortable navigating organizations with long decision cycles, formal processes, and multiple stakeholders
